Three months after our launch, the National Digital Inclusion Alliance can now count one hundred organizations as affiliates.

The NDIA roster includes eight city governments, ten local library systems, five university programs, three state agencies, a countywide school district, and forty-two community nonprofits — giving the Alliance a local presence in 27 states and the District of Columbia, and in 29 urban metropolitan areas throughout the U.S.

Our affiliates also include seventeen national nonprofits, eight private sector companies, and five international NGOs.

Affiliate #100, signed up today, is New America‘s Resilient Communities Program, whose Resilient Mesh Wireless initiative supports community-controlled wifi development in New York City neighborhoods.
