Goals House has convened many of the world’s most influential figures behind the drive to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is a sustainable sanctuary, designed to host ground-breaking debates and discussions with internationally renowned activists, thinkers, politicians, personalities, business leaders, and entrepreneurs in order to make meaningful progress towards achieving the Global Goals.
This year, NDIA’s Executive Director, Angela Siefer, joined the panel, “How can we bridge the digital divide and accelerate a better education for all?” to discuss the intersectionality of education and digital inclusion, and how we rebuild after the pandemic.
“We need to think about how the other goals we [as a global community] want to achieve, are impacted my digital inequities. We want better healthcare, let’s think about telehealth … We want to increase the workforce, we need to make sure people have digital skills and devices.”
