5 Years Bridging the Digital Divide at JCHA

For Digital Inclusion Week 2022, DIPNJ is proud to highlight the ongoing work of the Jersey City Housing Authority to Bridge the Digital Divide. Since joining the ConnectHomeUSA initiative in 2018, JCHA has partnered with local and national organizations to provide HA residents and housing choice voucher holders with device distributions, digital literacy training, high-speed internet connectivity options, tech career workforce trainings, virtual resource sharing, and more.

JCHA’s story of dedication & perseverance through the past 5 years — including though a pandemic and funding uncertainties — serves as a vibrant showcase for all community organizations interested in digital inclusion work.
