MicroLoan Foundation are hosting a panel of experts to discuss gender smart innovation and digital transformation. We are looking to engage our audience in an inspiring, informative and honest conversation in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Join our panel of gender experts for a conversation on digital gender equality and how the digital revolution can increase agency, autonomy and freedom for women in rural communities. We will explore deep-rooted gender biases, affordability, and the lack of trust and education for digital solutions that hinders digital access for women.
The event is free to attend but if you wish to make a suggested donation of $15, your money will provide financial literacy and business training for women living in poverty.
MicroLoan Foundation is a women’s empowerment and poverty alleviation charity that works in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. MicroLoan provides rural women with business training, loans, and ongoing mentorship so they can open a small business and work their own way out of poverty. Since their founding MicroLoan has helped over 280,000 women to take their first steps out of poverty.
