EntryPoint Networks is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to provide logistical support for our growing consulting and operations teams. EntryPoint is a software development company focused on creating open infrastructure to address digital gaps. As a part of this mission, EntryPoint develops planning and feasibility studies to support public investment in digital infrastructure and assists with project implementation and network operations. Characteristics: The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented self-starter who can receive direction or input from multiple team members, and then set their own to-do lists, track schedules, and exercise judgment to achieve results. They will be enthusiastic about the work of digital equity, and comfortable adapting to a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.

Responsibilities: Below are the key responsibilities of this position. The job includes related tasks that are not explicitly listed.

Assist the Head of Operations and Operations Departments:

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination
  • Coordinate travel and speaking engagements when needed
  • Support other staff members with administrative tasks

Assistance with Calls and Meetings:

  • Take detailed notes during assigned meetings
  • Send calendar invites for assigned meetings
  • Coordinate team members to assist with arranging meetings
  • Assist with documenting agendas and action items associated with assigned meetings

Documentation Support:

  • Assist with developing and instituting internal documentation processes
  • Collect data from various sources as assigned for documentation
  • Respond to documentation requests from internal and external sources


  • An associate degree from an accredited institution OR 2+ years of relevant experience (minimum)
  • A passion for mission-driven work, team success, and digital equity
  • The ability to learn broadband and digital jargon quickly
  • Familiarity with videoconferencing on Zoom
  • A personal computer will be provided

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency with office productivity software (email, calendar, file sharing, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Experience supporting a team as an administrative assistant
  • Experience working with governmental or institutional entities

Salary range: $40,000 – $52,000/year, plus benefits, commensurate with experience.
