The Nation’s Premiere Digital Inclusion Conference & Community
The Net Inclusion conference has been a staple in the digital inclusion community since 2016, bringing hundreds of practitioners, advocates, academics, internet service providers, and policymakers together to share their knowledge and discuss:
- Local, state, Tribal, and federal policies impacting digital equity
- Digital inclusion best practices from across the country, including new sessions on AI and digital equity, rural and Tribal outreach, and securing funding for sustainability
- Digital inclusion programming, including the latest on digital navigators, digital health equity, accessibility, serving diverse populations, and community-centered work
Net Inclusion 2023 was our largest conference yet, and 2024 promises to break all those records.

What Makes Net Inclusion Unique? You!
“Net Inclusion is the premiere digital equity value-add for policymakers, advocates, researchers, evaluators, and community partners. It uniquely crafts conversations to counter broadband access and digital literacy gaps. Simultaneously, it opens space for identifying community-centered metrics to reflect the humanity of those served. The conference is robust, energetic, and welcoming to diverse professionals ready to change lives.”
“Net Inclusion is that one opportunity each year to gain deep insights — and practical tools — from fellow digital opportunity practitioners, policymakers, financiers, funders, and evaluators. The spirit of collaboration, shared ambition, and economies of scale help us continue to build digital opportunity and to move faster for the people we serve.”

Lightning Rounds
Since our first Net Inclusion in Kansas City in 2016, NDIA has featured Lightning Rounds in plenary sessions as a way to shine a spotlight on dozens of great digital inclusion initiatives and to encourage peer-to-peer networking among our affiliates and friends. Think of it as a beacon to find the people you’d love to have a hallway conversation with. Net Inclusion 2023 will most likely feature four 30-minute Lightning Rounds, accommodating a total of 25 to 30 presentations. Each presenter will get a maximum of three minutes at the microphone, accompanied by no more than five slides.
