NDIA and Grow with Google have joined forces to launch the Ujima Project, a $150,000 grant challenge aimed at assisting NDIA affiliates leverage Grow with Google resources to support Black communities. Six grants of $25,000 each are available to encourage affiliates to design projects that make use of existing Grow with Google tools for creative problem solving in the upskilling of Black jobseekers or students.

Applicants must register as an NDIA Affiliate as well as a Grow with Google partner, both of which are free of charge. The Ujima Informational Webinar presentation is available on NDIA’s Ujima Project page and provides an overview of the Grow with Google program, available resources, how they can be used and the grant application process.

Applications will be accepted between December 17, 2020 – January 14, 2021, with application requirements listed on the Ujima Project page. Applications are online submission only.
