Since the term “digital navigator” was first defined by NDIA and our community in 2020, the model has grown dramatically, both in the number and the diversity of programs. Join NDIA’s digital navigator team to learn where the model stands now after three years of supporting and learning from digital navigator programs in the NDIA community. This Digital Navigator 101 is a good introduction to the model for organizations who are considering a digital navigator program, new digital navigators starting out in their positions, or anyone who would like an overview of the foundations of digital navigators.
