This Digital Navigator Program Toolkit provides guidance for setting up and managing successful digital navigator programs. The authors of the toolkit are experts from the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) team who have experience training, supporting, and learning from hundreds of digital navigators and programs providing digital navigator services across the country. Members of the National Digital Navigator Corps (NDNC), mentors and advisors of the NDNC program, and NDIA’s Digital Navigator Working Group provided support, advice, and feedback. We created this toolkit to provide practical information on best practices for creating a sustainable digital navigator program from the ground up.
Stand with NDIA in the fight for digital equity.
Across the country, older adults are struggling as they attempt to navigate telehealth appointments. Parents without affordable home internet options are seeing their children fall behind in school. Adult job seekers without digital skills are having difficulty competing in the online job market.
Stand with NDIA as we work to protect the essential investments that would advance digital access, skills, and opportunities for people and communities nationwide.
