Digital Inclusion Week
October 7-11, 2019
Digital Inclusion Week has moved! Moving forward, the week will always be the first week of October. During the week, we work to raise awareness about digital inequities, national and international efforts to close those gaps, and bring people who dedicate their lives to Digital Inclusion together to highlight the impact of their work.
The DIW movement is growing, and we hope to keep the momentum rolling. In 2018, the week had hosts registered from 20 states and 68 organizations. Individuals and organizations participated by hosting social media campaigns (check out the DIW Twitter Moment), digital literacy classes, sharing stories, sending out press releases, and hosting special events.
With your help, we can move closer to our common goal: that all people have access to the Internet and the tools they need to use it. The NDIA will release a DIW toolkit as the week gets closer.
Thanks in advance for your support!
