ACP Transition Webpage
NDIA created an ACP Transition webpage that provides resources and support for NDIA Affiliates supporting ACP participants as they transition from the ACP program. The webpage covers details about the ACP Wind-Down, talking points for explaining the ACP transition to your community, information about ACP Transition Plans, and the critical role Digital Navigators play in transitioning communities off ACP.
We’ll continue to add information, resources, and support materials as we identify and create them, so please share with us the resources you’re using and the resources you need to support your community members best. For instance, we’d love to share your ACP wind-down flyers/handouts so others can create similar resources. If you’re willing to share your resources with others, please send Shauna ([email protected]) any collateral you create for the ACP transition (preferably in shareable PDFs).
