Two Years of Progress: NDIA’s Latest Impact Report

As we kick off 2026, NDIA is proud to announce the release of our latest Impact Report, highlighting two years of progress from June 2023 through June 2025.

This period brought major shifts in funding, policy, and the broader digital inclusion landscape. Even amid uncertainty and change, NDIA and our national network of community-based organizations, advocates, and practitioners continued advancing digital equity. The Impact Report reflects how the field adapted, stayed resilient, and remained focused on ensuring all people have the access, skills, and support needed to fully participate in our digital world.

Over the past two years, NDIA worked to defend and strengthen the digital inclusion field at a critical moment—advocating for inclusive policies, elevating community voices, and helping partners navigate evolving programs and resources. The report also highlights how NDIA filled critical gaps by launching new tools, resources, and working groups designed to respond to emerging needs and share practical solutions.

At the core of this work is support for local digital inclusion practitioners. Through training, advocacy, national convenings, peer learning, and shared resources, NDIA has continued to equip communities across the country to build sustainable, people-centered digital inclusion efforts.

We invite you to read the full Impact Report to learn more about the progress made, the challenges met, and the collective work that continues to move digital equity forward.
