NDIA has worked with our community to update the definition of digital navigator and create a set of standards for digital navigators and digital navigator programs. These standards and the updated digital navigator definition are designed to provide guidance on what NDIA and the digital inclusion community have learned over the years. Organizations can apply these standards to their program to ensure effective digital navigator program services and successful and engaged digital navigators.
Stand with NDIA in the fight for digital equity.
Across the country, older adults are struggling as they attempt to navigate telehealth appointments. Parents without affordable home internet options are seeing their children fall behind in school. Adult job seekers without digital skills are having difficulty competing in the online job market.
Stand with NDIA as we work to protect the essential investments that would advance digital access, skills, and opportunities for people and communities nationwide.
