In February 2022, National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) received a $10 million grant from Google.org – the largest grant it has received to date – to create a National Digital Navigator Corps. The funding was used to build and advance local digital inclusion work and to strengthen the digital navigator model in rural and Tribal communities, in partnership with AMERIND Critical Infrastructure.
This collection of impact stories showcases the work of the National Digital Navigator Corps. These case studies showcase best practices and lessons learned from each program. These stories not only provide a resource for practitioners from which to draw inspiration, but also provide a clear portrait of the concrete impact of this work on people across the country.
