It’s hard to keep up with you all! Nearly every day, NDIA affiliates doing the on-the-ground work of digital navigation are creating new resources that deserve to be shared with the community. We recently completed a quick audit of all the bookmarks and PDFs we’ve saved over the years to make sure our resource library is up to date.
There were enough of them that we developed a set of themed resource quick guides to make them easier to find and use:
We’ve also added some resources that were previously only linked in the Digital Navigator Program Toolkit to make them easier to find:
- A Boundary Basics handout for starting conversations about setting healthy boundaries for digital navigators
- Prework Questions to work through when planning a new digital navigator program
- A Service Model Worksheet to help design how your digital navigator program will serve your community
- A Logic Model Template to develop comprehensive and effective program evaluations for your digital navigator program
- A Data Sharing and Confidentiality Agreement Template to set policy for the data collected by your digital navigator program and/or program partners
- A Resource Guide Template for use by digital navigators to start managing the resources they share with clients and community members.
